of Commerce (Cooperative), with a concentration in Management
Science and Quantitative Analysis/Methods
1989 - 1997: Newtel Information Solutions (formerly Newfoundland
and Labrador Computer Services). Started as Entry-level programmer,
currently Micro/LAN Support Analyst
Skills and Knowledge:
All aspects of personal computer hardware and software
installation/support, with an emphasis on networking. Experience
and skills in network planning, acquisition, installation and
maintenance. Experience with small to mid-size local area networks
and larger wide area networks. Special skills in customer support
and end-user training.
